Life moves at a steady pace. Never too fast, never too slow. Things change constantly, but on the surface remain the same. Rinse, wash, Repeat.

(p.s. I've lost 7 stone 7 lbs)

I told myself when restarting this journal that I wasn't going to make it 'Lee's weight-loss triumphs and tribulations', but today I hit what I thought was a pretty impressive milestone and as such I'm feeling really proud of myself and feel like boasting. I just hit a loss of 4 stone, and in about 3 and an half months. I feel great too, much healthier. I don't often find reason to feel proud of myself, so it's quite nice.

I have lost 2 stone 7lbs since the 22nd of February. I am a year and an half into a job I enjoy (most days). I feel alive and full of purpose. I am happy.
